Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This page explains when we refund Premium payments, how to ask for one, and what we do not refund. It applies only to the paid Premium plan — the free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

1. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

These three words mean different things:

Cancelling Premium is not the same as withdrawing, and cancelling does not by itself give you a refund for time you have already paid for.

2. When you get a full refund

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a Premium purchase within 14 days of the day the subscription started. When you withdraw in time, we refund all payments we received from you for that purchase.

The withdrawal rules, period and model form are on the Right of Withdrawal page. That page is the place to start if you want your money back because you changed your mind shortly after subscribing.

3. How to request a refund

Send a clear statement to support@subscriptions.my. Tell us you are withdrawing from your Premium purchase and include the email address on your account so we can match the payment.

You may use the model withdrawal form on the Right of Withdrawal page, but you do not have to. Any unambiguous statement sent before the 14-day period ends is enough.

4. Refund timing and method

After we receive a valid withdrawal notice, we refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from that day. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We do not charge you a fee for the refund.

How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. That is outside our control once we have sent the refund.

5. What we do not refund

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, email support@subscriptions.my before the withdrawal period ends.

6. Questions

For billing rules see the Terms of Service. To end Premium going forward use Cancel contract or the billing portal from your account menu. For the 14-day withdrawal right and model form see the Right of Withdrawal.
