Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This applies to the paid Premium plan. The free plan costs nothing and creates no payment obligation, so there is nothing to withdraw from.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded — that is, the day your Premium subscription started.

To exercise it, tell us your decision to withdraw in a clear statement: a letter sent by post, or an email to support@subscriptions.my. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you are not charged any fee for the refund. See the Refund Policy for the full rules on refunds, including what is not refunded.

3. Early loss of the right

The right of withdrawal expires early if you expressly asked us to start providing Premium before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you understand you lose the right once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw after Premium has already started but before it was fully provided, you pay a proportionate amount for the part already used.

4. Model withdrawal form

If you want to withdraw, fill this in and send it back to us.

5. Cancelling instead of withdrawing

Withdrawal is not the same as cancelling. To end Premium going forward, cancel it in the billing portal from your account menu — Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Terms of Service for the billing rules.
