Terms of Service

1. The service

subscriptions.my lets you record the subscriptions you pay for and see them grouped by category. These terms are the agreement between you and subscriptions.my for using it. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at privacy@subscriptions.my if you think someone else got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country for us to process your data.

3. Plans, prices and billing

The Free plan lets you track an unlimited number of subscriptions at no cost. Premium adds renewal and price-increase alerts, spending analytics and multi-currency totals for $3.99 per month or $29 per year. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT where it applies.

Premium is billed in advance through our payment provider Paddle and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Cancel at any time in the billing portal from your account menu; Premium then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payment is taken. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata when you cancel — see the Refund Policy for when we do and do not refund.

We may change prices for future periods and will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before it applies. If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend Premium until it goes through.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a Premium purchase — see the Right of Withdrawal, which is separate from cancelling.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not attack, overload or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Do not use the service to break the law.
• Do not scrape or automate the service in a way that degrades it for other people.

5. Your content

The subscription data you enter stays yours. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim any ownership of it and do not use it to train anything.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and there is no guaranteed uptime. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose — this is a tracker, not a system of record for your finances.

7. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time, which ends these terms and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, or losses caused by decisions you made based on data shown in the service. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Germany, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
